We highly recommend reviewing our Shipping & Returns policy and our Terms & Conditions before placing your order.

But since most people don't, here are a few important things to know:

(1) Any products marked with pre-order in their titles will not arrive before Christmas. Everything else on the site will be shipped before Christmas but we cannot guarantee it will arrive by 12/24.

(2) If you order both an item that’s on pre-order and one that’s not, we will split ship your order whenever possible.

(3) With rare exceptions, we cannot make changes to orders after they're placed, including adjustments to styles, sizes, or addresses.

(4) With rare exceptions, we cannot combine orders or shipments. If you place more than one order, they will ship separately and you will be responsibility for any/all applicable shipping costs.

(5) With extremely rare exceptions, we do not accept returns.
