NYON Raffle Terms & Conditions

The Giveaway 

The Knowlita, LLC dba New York or Nowhere (“NYON”) giveaway series to celebrate the 2025-2026 Knicks season (the “Giveaway”) continues!  

Enter for a chance to win two (2) tickets to Game 3 of the Finals (Knicks vs. Spurs) on Monday, June 8, 2026 and the complete NYON x Knicks 2026 NBA Finals Collection (more details below).  

Please read these rules carefully.  By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these rules. If you've been auto-entered because of a prior entry but won't be in town/no longer qualify for the rules, we understand/you can't win this time, but we'll keep you in the pool for future giveaways.  

Entry Period

The entry period for the Giveaway begins at 7:00PM EST on June 3, 2026 and ends at 7:00PM EST on June 5, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).  

Who Can Enter

To enter, you must be at least 18 years old on or before June 3, 2026.  While this Giveaway is open to participants from all over the world, you cannot enter if you live in a territory where the Giveaway is prohibited or restricted by law. Individuals affiliated with NYON, including its  employees, interns, volunteers, and each of their immediate families (children, parents, siblings and spouses) and others living in their households are not eligible to enter. NYON will determine winners’ eligibility in its sole discretion.

Please do not enter if you will not be physically present in New York, NY on June 8, 2026, as you will not be eligible to receive the Prize.  NYON is not providing travel, transportation, accommodations or any other reimbursements or expenses (other than the specific Prize) in connection with this Giveaway, and the Winner is solely responsible for ensuring that the Winner is physically present in New York, NY on the date(s) specified above in order to receive the Prize.  If the Winner is not able to confirm to NYON’s satisfaction (in its reasonable discretion) that they will be in New York, NY on June 8, 2026, the Winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be chosen. 

There is no purchase necessary to enter the Giveaway.  None of Instagram, the New York Knicks, Madison Square Garden, and the NBA are affiliated with this Giveaway.

How to Enter and Requirements

To enter, please fill out the form, linked here: https://newyorkornowhere.com/pages/the-finals-or-nowhere.  You are required to provide your first name, last name, phone number and Instagram handle in order to enter.  

By entering the Giveaway, you hereby consent to NYON using your name, Instagram handle, and likeness in connection with NYON’s promotional content in and in connection with the Giveaway, via any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity.  

By entering the Giveaway, you hereby confirm that you will be physically present in New York, NY on June 8, 2026. 

The Winner will be asked to sign a declaration of eligibility.   

Choosing the Winner 

After the Entry Period concludes, NYON employees will transfer all entries onto raffle balls, which will be added into a raffle drum.  The winner (the “Winner”) will be chosen at random from the raffle drum.  The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.

Notifications

The Winner will be notified via NYON’s Instagram stories and via a direct message to the Winner’s Instagram handle on or around 11:00 AM EST on June 6, 2026. 

Entrants are responsible for providing NYON with correct, functioning contact information.  If we are unable to reach the Winner and confirm their eligibility before the announcement of the Giveaway Winner, NYON reserves the right to choose an alternate Winner.  

Receiving the Prize

The Winner will receive (the foregoing is collectively the “Prize”):

  • Two (2) tickets to the 2026 NBA Finals Game 3 (Knicks vs. Spurs) on Monday, June 8, 2026 (the “Game”)

  • One item from the complete NYON x Knicks 2026 NBA Finals Collection (3x Tees, 2x Tote Bags, 2x Prints, 4x Hats) (the “Collection”)

The Winner must notify NYON of their requested sizes for the Collection (where applicable). The Winner will receive the Collection in person, via courier, or via shipping (as determined by NYON; if NYON chooses courier or shipping, NYON will be responsible for transportation costs for the Collection portion of the Prize).   

Receipt of the Prize by the Winner is upon the condition of compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Use of your personal data

Participation in the Giveaway requires the collection of your name, email address, and social media handles. By entering this Giveaway, you are consenting to the use of your name and email address for further communications regarding this Giveaway.  The information collected is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Additional Terms and Conditions of Entry

You agree to hold NYON, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this Giveaway (collectively, “Released Parties”) harmless from and against all claims of any nature arising directly or indirectly in connection with your participation in the Giveaway and/or acceptance or use of any part of the Prize. The Released Parties are not liable for any costs, damages, injuries, or other claims incurred because of your participation in the Giveaway or, if applicable, your acceptance and usage of any part of the Prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete or misdirected entries, technical or network malfunctions or failures, or causes beyond their control. You are solely responsible for your entry.  Entrants may not submit materials that introduce any software viruses, worms or other programs designed to damage software, hardware or telecommunications equipment.

By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release the Released Parties from and against any losses, damages, rights, claims or causes of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the Giveaway or resulting directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize awarded in connection with the Giveaway (including any travel or activity related thereto), including without limitation personal injury, death and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation and/or invasion of privacy.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. NYON reserves the right to cancel the Giveaway or modify these rules at its discretion. The Prize cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by Winner.  The Winner, upon acceptance of the Prize, is solely responsible for all expenses related to the Prize, including without limitation any and all local, state, and federal taxes.  In the event of a dispute regarding the Winner, NYON reserves the right to award or not award the Prizes in its sole discretion. NYON reserves the right to disqualify any entry whose conduct appears in any way to inhibit the enjoyment of others, tamper with the entries, violate these rules or other applicable law or regulation, infringe on the rights of third parties, or act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
