Refund policy

RETURNS

Customers may initiate a return for a full refund within 15 days of delivery for online orders, or within 15 days of purchase for in-store orders. Within 30 days, only returns for store credit will be issued - no monetary refunds.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which they were received. Items must also have original tags attached and be returned in their original packaging. Any items sent back that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

A valid proof of purchase and order number are required for all returns.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Please do not send your purchase back to us without first contacting help@newyorkornowhere.com.

International orders for customers not in the United Kingdom or European Union are not eligible for returns.

Please note: we cannot accept returns on art prints, either unframed or framed, unless the goods are damaged. Several other types of our products may also be exempt from being returned, including but not limited to gift cards and downloadable software products. Any additional items that are ineligible for returns or exchanges will be clearly noted in their product descriptions.

EXCHANGES
 
Customers may initiate an exchange for items that are currently in stock within 30 days of delivery for online orders, or within 30 days of purchase for in-store orders. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us for both returns and exchanges.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit or exchange, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or credited for any reason.

GIFT PURCHASES

If the item purchased was marked as a gift, and shipped directly to you, you’re eligible to receive a gift credit for the value of your return. You may also exchange the item for a different size. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate (i.e. discount code for the full amount, less shipping) will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will still need proof of purchase, and the same conditions above will apply.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
