NYON Raffle Terms & Conditions

The Giveaway 

The Knowlita, LLC dba New York or Nowhere (“NYON”) is celebrating MLB Opening Day by giving away tickets to the upcoming Mets and Yankees games (the “Giveaway”). 

Enter below for a chance to be one of two winners chosen to receive two (2) tickets to either the Mets game on March 26, 2026 (the “Mets Game”) or the Yankees game on April 3, 2026 (the “Yankees Game”), plus a NYON jacket from the collection with that team and transportation to and from the game.  

Please read these rules (the “Rules”) carefully.  By entering the Giveaway, entrants (“You”, or “Entrant”) agree to be bound by these Rules.  

Entry Period

The entry period for the Giveaway begins at 4:00 P.M. EST on March 23, 2026 and ends at 4:00 P.M. EST on March 24, 206 (the “Entry Period”).  

How to Enter 

To enter, please fill out the form, linked here.  You are required to provide your first name, last name, phone number and Instagram handle in order to enter.  

When entering, you will also be asked to indicate whether you are entering to win tickets to the Mets Game or the Yankees Game.

By entering the Giveaway, you hereby consent to NYON using your name, Instagram handle, and likeness in connection with NYON’s promotional content in and in connection with the Giveaway, via any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity.  

By entering the Giveaway, you hereby confirm that you will be physically present in New York, NY on the date of the Mets Game or the Yankees Game, as applicable. 

Each of the two (2) Giveaway Winners (defined below) will be asked to sign a declaration of eligibility.  

Who Can Enter

To enter, you must be at least 18 years old on or before March 23, 2026.  While this Giveaway is open to participants from all over the world, you cannot enter if you live in a territory where the Giveaway is prohibited or restricted by law. Individuals affiliated with NYON, including its  employees, interns, volunteers, and each of their immediate families (children, parents, siblings and spouses) and others living in their households are not eligible to enter. NYON will determine Winners’ eligibility in its sole discretion.

Please do not enter if you will not be physically present in New York, NY on  March 26, 2026 (if you are entering to win the Mets Game tickets) or April 3, 2026 (if you are entering to win the Yankees Game tickets), as you will not be eligible to receive the Prize. 

NYON is not providing travel, transportation, accommodations or any other reimbursements or expenses (other than as set forth in these Rules) in connection with this Giveaway, and the Winner is solely responsible for ensuring that the Winner is physically present in New York, NY on the date(s) specified above in order to receive the Prize.  If the Winner is not able to confirm to NYON’s satisfaction (in its reasonable discretion) that they will be in New York, NY on the applicable dates, the Winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be chosen. 

There is no purchase necessary to enter the Giveaway.  None of Instagram, Uber, MLB, the Yankees, or the Mets  are affiliated with this Giveaway.

Choosing the Winner 

After the Entry Period concludes, NYON employees will transfer all entries onto raffle balls, which will be added into two (2) separate raffle drums (one for Yankee Game entrants, one for Mets Game entrants).  One individual (each, a “Winner”, collectively, the “Winners”) will be chosen at random from each raffle drum.  The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.

Notifications

Each Winner will be notified via announcement on NYON’s Instagram stories and via DM to the Winner’s Instagram handle provided when the entry was made.  

For the Mets Game, the Winner will be announced on March 25, 2026 at 11 A.M. E.T. 

For the Yankees Game, the Winner will be announced on March 30, 2026 at 11 A.M. E.T.

Entrants are responsible for providing NYON with correct, functioning contact information.  If we are unable to reach the Winner and confirm their eligibility before the announcement of the Giveaway Winner, NYON reserves the right to choose an alternate Winner.  

Receiving the Prize

There will be two (2) Winners chosen, one for the Yankees Game and one for the Mets Game.  Each Winner will receive: two (2) tickets to the applicable baseball game, one (1) jacket from the NYON x Yankees or NYON x Mets collection (as applicable), and up to $150 toward ground transportation (in the form of an Uber code to be provided to the Winner by NYON) to and from the applicable baseball game (collectively, the “Prize”).   Each Winner must be physically present in New York, NY on the date of the Mets Game or Yankees Game (as applicable) in order to receive that Winner’s Prize.

Receipt of the Prize by the Winner is upon the condition of compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Use of your personal data

Participation in the Giveaway requires the collection of your name, email address, and social media handles. By entering this Giveaway, you are consenting to the use of your name and email address for further communications regarding this Giveaway.  The information collected is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Additional Terms and Conditions of Entry

You agree to hold NYON, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this Giveaway (collectively, “Released Parties”) harmless from and against all claims of any nature arising directly or indirectly in connection with your participation in the Giveaway and/or acceptance or use of a Prize. The Released Parties are not liable for any costs, damages, injuries, or other claims incurred because of your participation in the Giveaway or, if applicable, your acceptance and usage of a Prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete or misdirected entries, technical or network malfunctions or failures, or causes beyond their control. You are solely responsible for your entry.  Entrants may not submit materials that introduce any software viruses, worms or other programs designed to damage software, hardware or telecommunications equipment.

By entering the Giveaway, all Entrants agree to release the Released Parties from and against any losses, damages, rights, claims or causes of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the Giveaway or resulting directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize awarded in connection with the Giveaway (including any travel or activity related thereto), including without limitation personal injury, death and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation and/or invasion of privacy.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. NYON reserves the right to cancel the Giveaway or modify these Rules at its discretion. The Prize cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by Winner.  

Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and fees and other costs and expenses associated with Prize receipt and/or use that are not expressly included in the Prize description, including but not limited to any transportation costs in excess of the amount provided in the Prize, meals and beverages. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of a Prize is permitted, except by NYON, who reserves the right to substitute Prize or Prize component with cash or another Prize of comparable or greater value. All Prize details are at NYON’s sole discretion. 

In the event of a dispute regarding the Winner, NYON reserves the right to award or not award the Prizes in its sole discretion. NYON reserves the right to disqualify any entry whose conduct appears in any way to inhibit the enjoyment of others, tamper with the entries, violate these Rules or other applicable law or regulation, infringe on the rights of third parties, or act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. 

For the names of the Winners, send an email to sam@newyorkornowhere.com with MLB Giveaway Winners List (or similar) in the subject line no later than thirty (30) days after the end of the Entry Period.
